Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group was formed in 1996 as the result of Brad Kowit and Steve Passov's desire to build a dynamic and successful brokerage firm in Northeast Ohio. Nearly 14 years later, the company has become the largest locally owned and one of the most productive firms in the market. In 2004 the firm expanded to include office and industrial brokerage. The company now has a total of 20 sales agents representing both tenants and landlords in the retail, office and industrial markets. Our seasoned staff was assembled from various brokerage houses throughout Cleveland, and brings years of experience to the table.

The company also works on behalf of many of the areas prominent developers in land assemblage and shopping center leasing, currently representing over 3.5 million square feet of space.
